The Tradara API gives prop firm engineering teams two integration surfaces, plus TradaraScript language docs for Script Studio:

Trading API

Place orders, manage positions, and stream fills on accounts your firm has provisioned.

Prop Firm API

Onboard traders, issue API keys, configure webhooks, run halts, and reconcile state.

TradaraScript

Script Studio language: what compiles today, the native indicator catalog, and Pine mapping limits.

Who this is for

  • Prop firm engineering teams integrating evaluation and funded trader workflows using firm API keys (tdr_live_…).
  • Trader-facing applications authenticating with user JWTs — supported where noted, but firm key flows are the focus.

Base URLs

All routes documented here are exposed through the Tradara API gateway. Internal service ports are not addressable.

Where to start

1

Get an API key

A Tradara onboarding contact provisions your first firm API key. After that, mint and rotate keys yourself with API Keys.
2

Provision an account

Call POST /v1/firm-control/accounts to onboard a trader and create one or more evaluation accounts.
3

Trade on it

Pass the returned account_id to POST /v1/orders and stream fills.
See the Quickstart for a runnable end-to-end script.

Conventions

  • Times are Unix milliseconds unless noted (e.g. from_ts, to_ts).
  • IDs are UUIDs unless prefixed (tdr_live_, evt_, etc.).
  • Money values are decimal strings to avoid float drift.
  • Errors share a single envelope — see Errors.
