Positions - Tradara

Positions describe net exposure per (account_id, instrument_id). The Positions service is updated from the fill stream and is the source of truth for exposure-driven risk decisions.

Path conventions

The gateway exposes positions at two equivalent paths:

/v1/accounts/{account_id}/positions/* — canonical.
/v1/positions/* — alias, supports query-string account_id.

Document and implement against the canonical form.

A flat position has net_quantity == 0. Pass include_flat=true on list endpoints to include zero rows.
